In Star Trek news…
You may know I’m a HUGE Trekkie! In the Tiger’s Eye Mysteries, Tess’s cat is named Lt. Uhura! (Lou for short). And I was so touched to see Strange New Worlds on Paramount Plus show a dedication to Nichelle Nichols at the end of the new episode. I dedicated my last book to her, too. She was a shining light of possibilities in my childhood. 
I absolutely love your Tiger’s Eye Mysteries and the Atlantis series, etc. (I count Alejandro’s Witch as a delightful part of them both!). I’m already signed up for the newsletter, but can’t figure out how to get the story about Thanksgiving. I’d appreciate some help with that. I so sympathize with your depression. I’ve learned about it the hard way. My son was diagnosed with clinical depression during COVID. He has 2 great children, but…well it’s a very messy divorce. His wife decided she just didn’t need him around anymore. Thank you for giving me Dead End and Atlantis to help me cope and help him. I recommend your books to everyone who will listen!
Thank you so much!! I haven’t yet put out the Thanksgiving story – I wasn’t quite happy with it and then had some health stuff. I hope in the next week or two! And I’ll put it in the newsletter and up on the blog here when I do.
And I’m so sorry to hear about your son. It’s hard to suffer through a pandemic, depression, and a divorce. I am sure you’re a major source of support for him. All my hugs.
