So I just had 18 inches cut off my very long, very thick hair. I feel 50 lbs lighter! But…the woman who cut my hair asked me what I do and then spent 10 minutes telling me she DOES NOT like romance (“no offense”) and would NEVER spend money on a book.

PSA to customer service personnel: This is perhaps not the best approach.

I like the haircut a lot, anyway. 🙂
