Happy New Year!!!
At the end of every year, I take a week or two and clean out and reorganize and declutter EVERYTHING in my entire house. This year, it included the garage, even, LOL. But I also came up with a list of things to NEVER BUY AGAIN, because I have them in “zombie apocalypse hoarding” level amounts. Does anybody else do this? I’m “Oh, that lotion smells good, I’ll get some,” forgetting that I have 47 BOTTLES OF LOTION at home. ARGH.
My list, so far:
Hair goop
lotions
bath gel
face creams
deodorant
toothpaste
eye drops
And of course, the author’s bane:
Notebooks
Sharpies
Pens
Whiteboard markers
Legal pads
File folders
Photo Albums
Scrapbooks
Hopefully, now that I have the list, I can consult it and NOT buy any more of this stuff until I use up what I have. Or the zombies arrive. Whatever comes first.

Hi! I just discovered your books last year and love them. I am currently reading Eye for an Eye and the mutant zucchini plant cracks me up! My mother tells a very funny story about how after she and my father got married (he grew up on a farm) he planted a small garden. This included squash plants that took over and they had squash coming out of their ears. She gave them to neighbors, coworkers and anybody who was willing to take them including complete strangers. They ate squash with every meal including breakfast. She got so tired of squash that she finally went out to the garden one day while my Dad was away, picked up the hoe and beat up the plants 🤣
