    Amen to that. It always helps to just step back take a deep breath & just relax for a few minutes. Read, draw, sing, or watch some birds fly around. Just anything that makes you happy. Sometimes even the tiniest little thing will give you a smile that you never would have thought about until after it happened. I know I have had that experience, & thought “who would have guessed it?” So, yeah, just slow down, & do something for you.
